Silver round ferrule for 1mm - 12mm ropes
Our aluminum round crimp clamps comply with DIN European Standard 13411-3 and are used as stop clamps for rope end connections.
Tested quality: With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to EN 10204, 2.2 can be supplied for their application.
Easy handling: the round crimping sleeves can be easily pulled onto the wire rope by hand and can then be fastened with a hydraulic press, an impact tool, using a vice or suitable pliers.
Versatile applications: Round clamps serve perfectly as fasteners on wire ropes and fulfill the purpose of a stop clamp. For example, round clamps are used as stoppers on wire ropes for awnings.
Easy expansion options: The crimping sleeves can of course be combined with suitable wire or steel ropes of thicknesses 1mm - 12mm from the store of Drahtseile24. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes, for rope thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm, pressing is very easy.
Is a combination pliers sufficient for crimping or do you need a crimping pliers, e.g. for wire end ferrules?
Theoretically, a combination pliers or a similar, suitable tool is sufficient. However, no statement can be made about the payload.
Will the compression on a 10mm steel cable hold 1.5 tons?
A hydraulically pressed round press clamp has a breaking load of 50% of the breaking load of the pressed wire rope. For a 10mm (6x19) steel rope with a breaking load of 6,138kg, i.e. approx. 3t.
