Tensioned steel cables can be used for a wide variety of applications: For tensioning sun sails, awnings, curtains or banners. In order to offer you the widest possible choice, we provide you with ready-made steel cables with tensioners as well as sets for self-assembly. All sets made of galvanised material are equipped with one or two wire rope tensioners and can be purchased, depending on the application, in wire rope strengths of 2mm - 12mm and wire rope lengths of up to 50m. Each set is equipped with 4x wire rope clamps per side to guarantee a firm attachment. According to DIN specifications, at least 2x wire rope clamps per side must be fitted for a rope diameter of up to 6mm and at least 3x wire rope clamps per side from 8mm - 16mm.

For steel cables with fixed wire rope tensioner, the tension can be regulated using the wire rope tensioner. It should be noted that wire rope tensioners are either equipped with hooks and eyes or with eyes on both sides. offer a much higher payload than comparable tensioners with hooks and eyelets. As a standard, we offer the tensioning ropes in lengths from 0.5m to 50m, always measured from the load-bearing point of the thimble to the outer pick-up point of the tensioner at ¾ opening.
