Silver wire rope in 1-16mm thickness with one loop
Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7, 6x19, 7x19 and 6x37. These are 6 or 7 strands with 7, 19 or 37 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at one end with a loop according to DIN specifications and have the size of the rope diameter factor 15. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch or in rope clamps as easy as possible.
High safety standard: The working load of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4. From a rope diameter of 8mm, there is a marking, according to the mentioned DIN, on the crimping clamp.
Tested quality: We use only high-quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Versatile applications: Wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, among others. In addition, they continue to be used as a decorative element in gardens or shop windows.
Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles and fastened with wire rope clamps.
