Galvanisedsteel ropes with thimbles have been an integral part of Drahtseile24 since the company was founded in 1992. Due to this long experience, the best ingredients for the product could be collected and a perfect product for their applications could be created.
All steel ropes are provided with thimbles by hand in Germany and hydraulically pressed, the thimbles are exclusively thimbles according DIN 6899 Form B. In addition to the standard thimbles used, there is also the possibility of pressing larger special thimbles, please contact us in this regard - we have a large selection permanently on site. Furthermore, we have the possibility to colour the thimbles for you.
The processed wire ropes comply with DIN 13414-1 and are regularly tested on in-house tractors to guarantee uninterrupted quality assurance. For all swaged steel ropes with thimbles, we specify working loads calculated with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load.
Basically, steel ropes with thimbles are used for lifting & pulling suitable loads, we offer the steel ropes for this purpose with shackles or various hooks, these are either additionally included in the scope of delivery or are permanently connected to the steel rope. For special requirements, a special length may be needed, for which individual lengths can be made for you.
