Silver wire rope with annealing separation in 2-16mm thickness with thimble
Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 6x19, 7x19 and 6x37. These are 6 or 7 strands with 19 or 37 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in a wire rope winch or rope clamps as easy as possible.
High safety standard: The payload of the wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4. From a rope diameter of 8mm, there is a marking, according to the mentioned DIN, on the crimping clamp.
Tested quality: We use only high-quality industrial steel for our steel ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Various expansion options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles, fastened with snap hooks, shackles or screw links, or clamped with rope clamps.
