Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7, 6x19 and 7x19. These are 6 or 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope is crimped at both ends with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. In addition, a snap hook DIN 5299/Form C is included in the scope of delivery.

High safety standard: The working load of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load and is swaged in accordance with DIN-EN 12385-4.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.

Versatile applications: Wire ropes are used for securing, lifting and suspending suitable loads in the trades, bridge, engineering and shipbuilding sectors, among others. In addition, they continue to be used as a decorative element in the garden or shop window area. Especially wire ropes with snap hooks can be very easily attached to anchor points with the help of the spring-loaded snap hook.

Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with matching turnbuckles and additionally fastened with quick links, shackles or further snap hooks.
