Black wire rope set 3 with 2mm - 8mm ropes
Our black steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope class 7x19, which means 7 strands with 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The black wire rope set is available in 2mm - 8mm thickness. On one side the steel wire rope is pressed with a thimble DIN 6899 form B to protect the wire rope at the load bearing point. In addition, the scope of delivery includes four wire rope clamps, matching the thickness of the ordered rope, a thimble and an M6, M8 or M10 turnbuckle.
Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Versatile applications: Our wire rope sets are ideally suited for self-assembly, in which case the U-clamps are tightened, using a suitable wrench. Self-assembly also allows you to determine the size of the loops at the ends.
Important safety note: Self-assembled wire rope end connections often do not comply with the DIN European standard. Proper assembly of the wire rope set is of great importance, please contact us if there are any questions.

Hello, I would like to order the wire rope set 2. The length of the rope including the tensioner should be 1.10m from eyelet to eyelet. What length of wire rope should I order? (I.e. how much should be included for folding the ends or how much should be deducted for the tensioner? Thanks in advance.
Depending on the thickness, I would allow between 5.5cm and 20cm for an end connection with wire rope clamps. If in doubt, of course, go a little too long and then close the dead end of the rope with a wire rope end sleeve.
