Black quick connect link DIN 56927
Our silver galvanized (black) quick connect links comply with the current regulations of the German employers' liability insurance association (DGUV) 215-313 (formerly BGI 810-3, Loads over persons), as well as DIN 56927 Form B with large opening.
Tested quality: The galvanized screw links are considered to be very safe connecting links, as they have high durability with a small design. Due to the oval shape and the associated very high breaking forces, the screw links can be used as a safe connecting element. With the aid of calibrated universal tensile testing machines, the following minimum breaking forces of the quick-connect links could be determined:
- 3.5B: 509kg
- 4B: 917kg
- 5B: 1,427kg
- 6B: 1.885kg
- 8B: 3.567kg
- 10B: 5.606kg
- 12B: 7.645kg
Attention. The payload of the emergency links is given with a 10-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load. The detailed test reports can be found under "Test reports" on the article page.
Easy handling: Due to the lateral lock, the quick connect link can be opened or closed very easily and quickly.
Versatile applications: Quick links can be optimally used as a connecting element between wire ropes and suitable anchor points.
