Black wire rope with annealing separation in 1mm - 8 mm thickness with thimble
Our black steel wire ropes comply with DIN European standard 13414-1 and are categorised in rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, i.e. 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires ensures both high flexibility and increased stability. The steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble to protect the wire rope at the load-bearing point. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make it as easy as possible to fix in a wire rope winch or in wire rope clamps.
High safety standard: The working load of the wire rope is specified with a safety factor of 5 times the minimum breaking force and is crimped in accordance with DIN-EN 12385-4. From a rope diameter of 8 mm, the crimping clamp is labelled in accordance with the DIN standard.
Tested quality: We only use high-quality industrial steel for our black steel wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee seamless quality assurance. A works certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles, fastened with snap hooks, shackles or screw links or clamped with rope clamps.
