Black wire rope with annealing separation in 1mm - 8mm thickness with thimble
Our black wire rope complies with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and is assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The black wire rope is crimped at one end with a loop according to DIN specifications and have the size of the rope diameter factor 15. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch or in rope clamps as easy as possible.
High safety standard: The payload of the black steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force and is crimped according to DIN-EN 12385-4.
Tested quality: For our steel rope in black, we use only high quality industrial steel. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application. Black wire ropes have limited corrosion resistance and are therefore not suitable for outdoor use.
Versatile uses: Wire ropes are used for tensioning, suspending, or lifting suitable loads in the craft, garden, or theater industries, among others. In addition, they continue to be used as lamp suspension or suspension rope.
Various extension options: The product can of course be tensioned with suitable turnbuckles, wire rope clamps can be attached or suspended with a wire rope holder.
