Silver wire rope with annealing separation in 4-6mm thickness, thimble and hook with spring safety device
Our silver galvanized steel wire ropes comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope class 7x19 and 6x19, i.e. 6 or 7 strands with 19 wires each.
The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability.
The wire rope is crimped at one end with a DIN 6899 Form B thimble and a silver hook with a spring lock.
At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to make fixing in the winch as easy as possible.
High safety standard: The payload of the steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking force.
Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Versatile applications: The wire ropes serve optimally for lifting and suspending suitable loads at high lifting heights. Especially as a deflected hoisting rope, provided that the sheave diameter is? 20 of the rope diameter, the wire rope is used.

What is the minimum radius for a pulley for a 5mm wire rope?
When using it on a cable winch, make sure that the size of the pulley diameter is at least 20 times the rope diameter, so in your case 100mm.
