Stainless Steel Rope White PVC Coated in 3 - 7mm Thickness
Our white PVC-coated stainless steel ropes V4A (AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope class 7x19, which means 7 strands with 19 wires each. Due to the high number of individual wires, a very high flexibility, as well as a high stability is given. The wire rope serves optimally as railing wire in connection with pressed or screwed wire rope terminals or as tensioning rope in outdoor applications, especially in salt water regions.
Durable workmanship: The high-quality stainless steel rope is surrounded by a 2mm thick white plastic sheathing for protection against damage and dirt, as well as for easy handling. Due to the UV-stable PVC coating and the processing of VA stainless steel, the wire rope is extremely weather-resistant and very durable.
Tested quality: For our stainless steel ropes we use only high quality stainless steel. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
High quality railing wire: The stainless steel wire ropes can be optimally used as railing wire in connection with wire rope terminals for self-assembly or for grouting.
Various Extension Options: Our coated stainless steel wire rope can of course be installed with suitable wire rope terminals or wire rope clamps from the Drahtseile24 online store.
