Stainless Steel Rope Black in 3mm - 6mm Thickness with Shroud Tensioner & Lens Head Terminal
Our saltwater resistant and black colored stainless steel ropes made of V4A(AISI 316) stainless steel comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The stainless steel ropes offer, due to the high number of individual wires, a high flexibility. The wire rope is pressed on one end with a stainless steel shroud tensioner in order to be able to tension the steel rope. At the other end, the rope is pressed with a lens head terminal to be able to attach it to suitable anchor points.
When using the shroud tensioner, please make sure to lubricate the threads with stainless steel assembly paste before tensioning. The stainless steel assembly paste prevents seizing or cold welding of stainless steel threads.
Tested quality: For our black stainless steel ropes, we use only high quality stainless steel with the premium quality V4A AISI 316, so the stainless steel wire rope is both salt water and acid resistant. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance.
Individual length production: We manufacture your stainless steel wire ropes with shroud tensioner and lenticular terminal to fit you precisely. Simply select the desired length range of your required length and write your desired length in the comment field provided. The underlying dimensions, please refer to the technical details.
Versatile applications: Stainless steel ropes can be used for suitable guy wires, for example, as a filler rope in a wire rope railing. Due to its corrosion resistance, stainless steel ropes are increasingly used in outdoor applications.
