Stainless Steel Rope White Plastic Coated in 5-7mm Thickness with Threaded Terminal and Eye Terminal

Our white PVC coated stainless steel wire rope made of high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel is assigned to the rope class 7x19, this is a rope construction with 7 strands and 19 single wires each. This construction makes the wire rope relatively flexible. The sheathed stainless steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a stainless steel threaded terminal with metric M6, M8 or M10 thread. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is crimped with an eye terminal to attach it to suitable fasteners.

High quality workmanship: to protect against wire breakage and injury, the stainless steel wire rope is wrapped with a 2mm thick white plastic jacket. The numbers in the brackets in the offer describe the thickness of the steel cable without and with sheathing.

For example, 6mm (4 on 6): The steel cable without sheathing has a diameter of 4mm, including plastic sheathing the diameter is 6mm.

A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.
