Stainless Steel Rope Black PVC Coated in 3mm - 8mm Thickness with Eyelet Terminals
Our black PVC coated stainless steel ropes made of high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel are assigned to the rope class 7x19, this is a rope construction with 7 strands and 19 single wires each. This construction makes the wire rope relatively flexible. The steel wire rope is crimped at both ends with a stainless steel eye terminal in order to be able to attach it to suitable anchor points. The diameter of the eyelet is characterized by being suitable for metric M5 - M10 screws.
High safety standard: The working load of the stainless steel wire rope is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load.
Tested quality: For our transparent coated stainless steel wire ropes with small eye terminals, we use only high quality V4A AISI 316 stainless steel, which allows the wire ropes to be exposed to harsh weather conditions for a long period of time. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. In several test trials, the following minimum breaking forces of stainless steel ropes could be determined:
- 3mm (2 on 3): 285kg
- 4mm (3 on 4): 468kg
- 6mm (4 on 6): 611kg
Attention. No safety factor is taken into account when specifying the minimum breaking load, the working load of the stainless steel ropes is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load. The detailed test reports can be found under "Test reports" on the article page.
Individual length production: We manufacture the sheathed steel ropes with two eyelets to fit you precisely. Simply select the desired length range of your required length and write your desired length in the comment field provided. The underlying dimensions, please refer to the technical details.
Versatile applications: Stainless steel ropes with oil terminals can be used for suitable fastenings, both residential and commercial. Due to its corrosion resistance, stainless steel cables are used indoors or outdoors.
Easy Extension Options: Our stainless steel wire ropes with two eye terminal can of course be supplemented with suitable stainless steel connecting links, turnbuckles or snap hooks from the store of Drahtseile24.
