Savekingline® - Horizontal rope system in variable length

Our silver Savekingline® complies with DIN EN 795 Form C and, according to the 8th ProdSV (Product Safety Ordinance), is Category III personal protective equipment against falls from a height. The horizontal rope system serves as fall protection for persons for use on elevated workplaces, provided that these cannot be performed from elevating work platforms. Similar to the Saveking® safety rope, the Savekingline® is characterized by the four damping elements integrated into the rope system. In contrast to conventional Lifeline systems, in the event of a person falling, a significantly higher level of damping is achieved. The impact force on the person, the risk of injury and the maximum force on the anchor points are significantly reduced by the damping elements.

Variable length: The Lifeline system in variable length consists of a 6mm galvanized steel rope, which is equipped on one end with two damping elements, as well as a large thimble pressed and a high-strength and curved 2.0t shackle according to DIN EN 13889. At the other end, the rope system is annealed. The scope of delivery also includes a rope lock component. The rope lock component consists of a short wire rope with two damping elements. On one end, the component is crimped with a large thimble and equipped with a curved 2.0t shackle. At the other end, the rope lock component is swaged with an asymmetrical rope lock according to DIN EN 13411-6.

DIN EN 795 guidelines: The Savekingline® Lifeline system manufactured by Drahtseile24 is officially approved as a fall protection system for installation work in accordance with DIN EN 795.

Verifiable safety: Our Lifeline fall protection devices are marked with a red color marking on the brake clamp, similar to the Saveking® safety rope. When a load falls, the loop tightens. Visual inspection of the color marking is required before use to verify the Lifeline is in good condition.

Versatile use: The Lifeline rope belay system is suitable for both temporary and long-term use. The Savekingline® can be used for events and productions, as well as for elevated work outdoors on the roof for solar and photovoltaic systems. The maximum system length of the Savekingline® is 60m and is intended for use by one person. The maximum field length of the Lifeline must not be exceeded. For system lengths exceeding 12m, an intermediate anchorage with a pulley, with a load capacity of at least 620kg (6 kN), must be attached.
