Black safety rope in 3mm - 8mm thickness, thimble/thimble with captive quick connect link

Our black steel wire ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The safety rope without damping element is crimped at both ends with a DIN 6899 thimble to protect the wire rope at the load suspension point. In addition, the wire rope is captively connected with a quick-connect link to DIN 56927 Form B.

BGV C1 guidelines: The Safety safety ropes are produced according to the current DGUV guideline 215 - 313, (formerly BGV - C1 or BGI 810 - 3) and may be used for loads above persons. It should be noted that the safety rope must be attached without a possible fall path; if this is not possible, the maximum fall height of the secured work equipment must not exceed 20cm. In addition, the safety ropes are provided with a badge marking that complies with the legal requirements.

Legal working loads: For all pressed Safetys we give working loads, these correspond to table 8 on page 24 of the DGUV guideline (loads over persons).

Tested quality: We use only high-quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of our own calibrated drop testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
