Stainless Steel Garage Door Pull Rope in 2mm - 5mm Thickness with Thimble and Round Clamp
Our salt water resistant stainless steel cables A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the cable classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The stainless steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a round clamp made of copper, which performs the function of a rope stopper. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is crimped with a copper crimping clamp and stainless steel thimble according to DIN 6899 to protect the wire rope at the load pick-up point.
Customized length: The garage door pull ropes are offered in various thicknesses and length ranges for custom fabrication. Following the selection of the length range, the exact desired dimension can be entered in the field provided. For the exact dimensions of the length, please refer to the technical details. The stainless steel ropes with round clamp are then, within 1-2 working days, individually manufactured for you.
Versatile uses: The steel cables can be optimally used as a pull cable for various garage doors of different manufacturers and door widths, in case a garage door cable is torn or ready to be discarded.
