Stainless steel garage door pull rope with annealing separation in 2mm - 5mm thickness and loop

Our salt water resistant stainless steel cables A4(AISI 316) comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the cable classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The stainless steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a round clamp made of copper, which performs the function of a rope stopper. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is swaged with a copper swage clamp and loop.

The loops are uniformly pressed according to DIN specifications and have the size of the rope diameter factor 15, resulting in the following loop heights and widths:

• 2mm rope thickness: 30mm loop height inside, 15mm loop width inside.
• 3mm rope thickness: 45mm loop height inside, 22m loop width inside
• 4mm rope thickness: 60mm loop height inside, 29mm loop width inside
• 5mm rope thickness: 75m loop height inside, 34mm loop width inside

Individual length production: Stainless steel ropes are offered in a variety of thicknesses and length ranges for custom fabrication. Following the selection of the length range, the exact desired dimension can be entered in the field provided. For the exact dimensions of the length, please refer to the technical details. The stainless steel ropes with round clamp are then, within 1-2 working days, individually manufactured for you.

Versatile uses: The wire ropes can be optimally used as a pull rope for various garage doors of different manufacturers and door widths, in case a garage door rope is torn or ready to be discarded. Furthermore, the wire ropes can be used as a replacement for a broken wire rope in an awning.
