Stainless Steel Garage Door Pull Rope with Annealing Separation in 2-5mm Thickness and Loop
Our salt water resistant stainless steel garage door pull ropes, made of A4 AISI 316, comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The garage door pull rope is crimped on one end with a loop with factor 15 of the rope diameter according to DIN. At the other end, the wire rope is annealed to prevent splicing and simplify installation.
Customized length: Garage door pull ropes are offered in four different strengths and length ranges. Following the selection of the length range, the exact desired dimension can be entered in the field provided. The garage door pull cables will then be manufactured individually for you within 1-2 working days.
Tested quality: For our stainless steel cables, we use only high quality, stainless industrial steel. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for your application.
Versatile applications: The wire ropes can be optimally used as pull ropes for various doors of different manufacturers and door widths, in case a garage door rope is torn or ready to be discarded.
