Stainless steel ball stopper V4A AISI 316 for 1.5mm - 5mm ropes

High-quality ball-type stoppers made of V4A stainless steel (AISI 316) are ideal for securely fixing stainless steel cables indoors and outdoors. These one-piece cable stoppers with a set screw are perfect as wire rope stop clamps, e.g., for shelving systems, trellises, awnings, or cable tensioning systems.

Certified quality: Our stainless steel ball stops are made of high-quality, seawater-resistant V4A stainless steel and are therefore ideally suited for permanent outdoor use. The polished surface not only enhances the appearance but also increases corrosion resistance. Due to their low breaking strength, we recommend using stainless steel ball stops only for light-duty applications. The following minimum breaking strengths for the ball stops were determined using calibrated universal tensile testing machines:

• 1.5mm: 8kg
• 2mm: 51kg
• 3mm: 20kg
• 4mm: 8kg
• 5mm: 366kg

Attention! The breaking strengths of the stainless steel ball stoppers are specified without a safety factor. Please add a safety factor of at least 3 for your specific application. Detailed test reports can be found under "Test Reports" on the product page.

Easy installation: The ball clamp stopper can be quickly and securely attached to the wire rope using a suitable Allen key. The one-piece design ensures particularly easy handling, without any special tools.

Versatile applications: Thanks to their compact design, our stainless steel ball stoppers are versatile and can be used, among other things, as: shelf stoppers on wire ropes, stop clamps for cable tensioning systems for awnings, clamp brackets for climbing aids and plant systems, or end stops for wire ropes on curtains or partitions.
