Stainless steel rope black in 2mm - 6mm thickness with wood thread terminals with right and left hand thread
Our black stainless steel ropes made of V4A AISI 316 stainless steel comply with DIN European standard 13414-1 and are categorised in rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires ensures both high flexibility and increased stability. The stainless steel cable is crimped at both ends with a stainless steel threaded terminal with a wooden thread so that it can be fastened directly in the wood or with a suitable dowel in the masonry. A wooden threaded terminal has a right-hand thread and a wooden threaded terminal has a left-hand thread so that it can be tensioned.
When installing the stainless steel cable with wooden threaded terminals, please ensure that both wooden threaded terminals are screwed in at the same time, otherwise the steel cable will twist.
Tested quality: We only use high-quality V4A stainless steel for our stainless steel wire ropes. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee seamless quality assurance.
