Our black colored & salt water resistant stainless steel ropes A4(AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The black steel cable is crimped at both ends with a thimble similar to DIN 6899 Form B to protect the wire rope at the load bearing pointIn addition, the wire rope is crimped with a stainless steel turnbuckle DIN 1480 with eyelets.

Tested quality: our black stainless steel tension ropes are made of high quality VA stainless steel, with extensive corrosion protection. The stainless steel ropes can therefore be used even under severe weather conditions. Due to the eye elements of the turnbuckle and the associated high breaking forces, the tension ropes can be used for stable guy wires. Using calibrated universal tensile testing machines, the following minimum breaking forces of the turnbuckles could be determined:

• M5: 1,202kg
• M6: 1,406kg
• M8: 2,833kg
• M10: 4.597kg

Versatile uses: The tension ropes can be used for tensioning nets, curtains or drapes. Especially with the help of the turnbuckle, the wire rope can be tightened and the elastic effect can be regulated.

Various extension options: The black stainless steel tension rope can of course be attached with matching snap hooks, shackles or quick links or tighten another turnbuckle.
