Stainless steel rope black in 3mm - 6mm thickness with an internal thread terminal
Our salt water resistant and black colored stainless steel ropes made of V4A(AISI 316) stainless steel comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The stainless steel ropes offer, due to the high number of single wires, a high flexibility. The threaded terminals have a right-handed internal thread, but a left-handed thread can of course also be swaged on request. At the other end, the stainless steel wire is neatly cut off so that a separate end connection of individual length can be attached. With the help of wire rope clamps, terminals for self-assembly or for pressing, such an end connection can be made on site.
Tested quality: For our black stainless steel wire ropes we use only high quality industrial steel with the premium quality V4A AISI 316, thus the stainless steel wire rope is both salt water and acid resistant. With the help of several of our own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance.
Individual length production: We manufacture your stainless steel wire ropes with a threaded terminal to fit you precisely. Simply select the desired length range of your required length and write your desired length in the comment field provided. The underlying dimensions, please refer to the technical details.
Versatile applications: The stainless steel ropes with threaded terminal and internal thread can be used for suitable guy wires, for example, as wire rope railings or for facade greening. Due to their corrosion resistance, stainless steel cables are increasingly used in outdoor applications.
Easy extension options: Our black stainless steel wire ropes with a threaded terminal can of course be combined with matching stainless steel wire rope clamps or wire rope terminals for self-assembly from the store of Drahtseile24.
