Silver plastic coated stainless steel wire rope set 4 with 3-10mm ropes

Our Stainless Steel Rope Set 4 consists of one plastic coated stainless steel rope with one side swaged copper swage clamp and thimble, 3x matching stainless steel wire rope clamps, 1x stainless steel thimble, and 2x stainless steel turnbuckles with hook and eye. All components of the rope set are made of salt water resistant VA4 AISI 316 stainless steel, so they can be used in harsh weather conditions for a long period of time.

Tested stainless steel ropes: Our plastic-coated stainless steel ropes comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. Our coated stainless steel ropes are available in 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm thickness. When specifying the strength, the first number in the brackets is the strength of the wire rope without sheathing and the second is the strength with sheathing. The number in front of the brackets basically describes the complete diameter of the steel wire rope including the sheathing.

High quality accessories: The scope of delivery also includes 3x matchingstainless steel wire rope clamps of DIN 741, 1x stainless steel wire rope clamp of DIN 6899 as well as 2x M5, M6, M8, M10 or M12 turnbuckles of DIN 1480 with hook and eye. Versatile applications: Our stainless steel wire rope set is ideally suited for self-assembly as an outdoor tensioning rope. For the assembly, the rope clamps, with the help of a suitable wrench, are pressed onto two wire rope parts, creating an end connection in which, the rope thimble is clamped. The turnbuckle can also be fixed in the thimble and the stainless steel cable can be easily tensioned. Due to the self-assembly, the length of the steel cable can be adjusted individually.

Important safety note: Custom-made rope end connections often do not comply with the DIN European standard, please ensure proper assembly.
