You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
