Premium hydraulic crimping pliers with high-strength crimping jaws for ferrules and terminals for 1mm - 10mm ropes

Our hydraulic hand crimping tool is the perfect solution for crimping ferrules and terminals for wire rope end connections for on-site use. Each ferrule crimping tool is supplied in a robust plastic case for safe storage and easy transport. The wire rope crimping tool is equipped with a set of matching crimping jaws for your specific application.

The crimping die size can be conveniently configured using the selection field in our online shop to ensure that you get exactly the right tool for your requirements. Our crimping pliers are specially designed for crimping aluminium and copper ferrules and crimp terminals in wire rope thicknesses of 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. For stainless steel ferrules, thicknesses of 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm can be processed.

Important note: Wire ropes with a diameter of 1mm must be crimped with 1.5mm crimp terminals.

With the appropriate crimping jaws, terminals in the sizes 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm can be reliably crimped. Please note the following exceptions and instructions:

• 2mm M4 threaded terminals, 2mm pan head terminals and 2mm hook terminals can be crimped with the crimping jaws for 2mm terminals, all other 2mm terminals require the use of crimping jaws for 2mm & 2.5mm terminals.
• Pan head terminals must always be crimped with a smaller crimping jaw size.
• Ball terminals: 3mm ball terminals require crimping jaws for 2mm terminals, 4mm ball terminals require crimping jaws for 4mm eyelet terminals stainless steel.
• 3mm hook terminals are crimped with crimping jaws for 4mm terminals.
• 5mm threaded terminals (M6 thread) and 6mm threaded terminals (M8 thread) also require a smaller crimping jaw size due to their smaller diameter.

Advantage over steel crimping jaws: Compared to the standard steel crimping jaws with a hexagonal crimping pattern from our range, these high-strength steel crimping jaws offer significant advantages. Thanks to the high-strength steel used, the shape of the crimping jaws remains stable even after numerous crimping operations and does not deform. The round crimping pattern enables precise and even crimping for the highest quality and durability.

Tested quality: Our hydraulic crimping pliers with high-strength crimping jaws (round crimping image) have been thoroughly tested to guarantee you safe and long-lasting rope end connections. The tests included crimping with aluminium, copper and stainless steel ferrules, as well as stainless steel terminals and eyelet terminals for fitness equipment. The breaking forces were determined using calibrated universal tensile testing machines and provide you with a clear orientation for your application.
